2. Terms of Access and Duplication of Public Records

   This is a request for records under the Missouri Sunshine Law, chapter 610, revised statutes of Missouri. Access to public records shall be provided within three business days following a request unless notified otherwise. 

   Charges

   • Certification of records, if requested ($5 each) 
   • Research costs (per hour)
   • Duplication costs (per hour)
   • Cost of copies ($.10 per page)

   Payment

   Payment of copying / research fees may be requested prior to researching and / or making of copies.
